Conclusion of the Contract and Product Delivery

Each order placed on www.saframilking.com constitutes a binding purchase agreement in English. By completing the purchase, the Customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual cart. Once the order is transmitted, the Seller will send an order confirmation email to the Customer. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation. If the Customer does not receive any confirmation, barring technical issues, the order must be considered rejected by the Seller. Orders will be shipped once the Seller has received full payment of the purchase price and any applicable shipping costs. If the ordered products are not available or discontinued, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer and refund any amount already paid.

Shipping and Delivery

The Customer is required to pay the price displayed on the product page at the time of order submission. The indicated price is final and includes VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are borne by the Customer.

Shipping Methods and Times

Deliveries are made via trusted couriers. The Customer can choose to have the order delivered to the billing address or another address specified before completing the order. If available, the Customer will receive an email containing the courier’s name and tracking number. Shipments are usually made within 2–3 days after payment is received, subject to product availability. Delivery times are typically 24 hours for most areas in Italy (48–72 hours for islands). These estimates may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping, when applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products may include free shipping during promotional periods.

Acceptance of Goods

If the Customer notices damage to the package upon delivery, they should note “accepted with reservation” and specify the reason (e.g. damaged or wet package) on the delivery document.

Payment Methods

The Seller accepts several payment methods, as listed below. The Seller reserves the right to refuse specific payment methods for certain orders. All transactions are protected by secure payment systems. For assistance, please contact our customer service.

Payment methods:

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer must be made to the IBAN details specified at the end of the order process.
The shipment will be processed only after the bank transfer has been received.
It is strongly recommended to send a copy of the payment receipt to the email address info@saframilking.com.

 

Paypal

If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they will be redirected via a secure HTTPS connection to the PayPal payment gateway to complete the online transaction.
They will be asked to enter their credit card details, which are protected and encrypted during the process.
If the user already has a PayPal username and password, they can log in directly to the PayPal platform and proceed with the payment.
Note: the charge will be made at the time the procedure is completed.

Credit card

If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they will be redirected via a secure HTTPS connection to the Stripe payment gateway to complete the online transaction. They will be asked to enter their credit card details, which are protected and encrypted during the process.

Cash on delivery

In the case of payment by cash on delivery: you will pay the courier in charge of delivering the goods at the time of delivery. It is important to prepare the exact amount, as the courier is not authorized to provide change. An additional fee may apply for cash on delivery payments, which will be displayed before completing the order.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Customer or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear declaration of intent or fill in the **Withdrawal Form**, available HERE. Effects of Withdrawal

The Customer must return the products, properly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged and complete with accessories and documents, within 14 days. The Customer will bear only the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Following withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If a promotional voucher was used, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law, particularly Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 (E-commerce). For any disputes, Customers may use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
